Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates principles, regulations, and measures concerning the management, monitoring, and inspection of service business activities of restaurants, beverage shops, and entertainment venues, to ensure services are of quality, meet standards, maintain peace, order, and curb social ills, aiming to promote the participation of business operators and service users in preserving the fine culture of the nation and ethnic groups, and to progressively improve the socio-economic development of Savannakhet Province.
Article 2
Management of services in restaurants, beverage shops, and entertainment venues. That is, creating conditions, providing convenience, conducting follow-up inspections, and promoting and guiding operators, together with service users, to correctly carry out activities in accordance with the laws and regulations prescribed by the State, so as to ensure that operations are effective, peaceful, and orderly.
