Articles

Article 1

Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the principles, regulations, and standards for the management, supervision, and inspection of data interconnection in the e-Government system, serving as a basis and convenience for state agencies in the development of data interconnection within the government sector, enabling them to exchange and share data efficiently and securely. It aims to promote the centralized development and application of this system according to established goals and a unified direction, and to help enhance the breadth of information services published and provided by the government to society, bringing them to an international standard level.

Article 2

Data Interconnection Standards. Data interconnection standards for the e-Government system refer to the form of interconnection of electronic data among state agencies, enabling them to exchange information and share data through the e-Government system (National Data Portal) based on mutual agreement in terms of data and technology, so that data users can access data conveniently, quickly, and securely.

Article 3

Definition of Terms. The terms used in this agreement have the following meanings: 1. Internet: refers to a communication network system capable of transmitting information (whether images, sound, video, etc.) via wired or wireless means; 2. Server: refers to a computer system with strong task processing capabilities (high performance), connected to a network and installed with various software and programs, including database servers, web servers, mail servers, file servers, etc.; 3. Website: refers to an information system established to present information via the Internet, consisting of one or more web pages; 4. Web Application: refers to an application created to be opened and used via a web browser and accessible through the Internet and Intranet, without requiring installation on a computer; 5.
