Article 1
Purpose. This Decree stipulates principles, regulations, and measures regarding the promotion, management, and monitoring and inspection of joint investment between the government and the private sector, to ensure that such work is efficient, effective, fair, transparent, auditable, and aligned with the national socio-economic development plans at each stage, aiming to build confidence, attract private sector investment into national projects, protect national interests and the legitimate rights and interests of the private sector and the people, and encourage their participation in the defense and development of the nation in a green and sustainable direction.
