The Government promulgates this Decree. Chapter I General Provisions.
Article 2
Purpose. This Decree stipulates the principles and regulations for the management and use of the Disaster Management Fund, in order to raise and accumulate funds from domestic and foreign sources, aiming to provide funding for emergency relief, restoration of essential infrastructure, search and rescue, and disaster relief, enabling affected people to return to a normal state of life or a state better than before, and contributing to the defense, construction, and development of the country.
Article 3
Disaster Management Fund. The Disaster Management Fund is a fund established by the State, aimed at raising and accumulating funds from various sources to ensure a sustainable budget for efficient and effective disaster control.
