Article 1
Purpose. This Decision stipulates the principles, regulations, measures, scope of authority, and responsibilities for the implementation of radio communication frequency inspection work, aiming to promote and protect users of radio communication frequencies in compliance with laws and regulations, ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and fairness of radio communication frequency usage, and contribute to national defense and public security work.
Article 2
Radio Communication Frequency Inspection. Radio communication frequency inspection refers to the tracking and inspection of radio communication frequency stations and the usage of various types of radio communication frequencies.
Article 3
Definition of Terms. The terms used in this Decision shall have the following meanings: 1. Radio communication frequency inspectors refer to officials and civil servants under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications appointed to perform specific duties; 2. Radio communication frequency inspection equipment refers to devices or vehicles used for measuring, analyzing, and locating radio communication frequencies; 3. Inspected subjects refer to individuals, legal persons, or organizations, whether domestic or foreign, using radio communication frequency equipment and radio communication frequencies within the territory of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
