Articles
Article 1
Agree to abolish the profit tax rates and fees for business operations in the Lao securities market as stipulated in Decree No. 00 dated December 28, 2010.
Article 2
Fees for buying and selling shares on the securities market, registering transfers of shares and government bonds, as well as other service fees related to securities operations, shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 4 of Article 188 of the Securities Law 2019; regarding profit tax and income tax arising from the sale or transfer of shares by companies listed on the securities market, they shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 2 of Article 16 and Clause 4 of Article 35 of the Income Tax Law 2019.
Article 3
This Resolution shall take effect from the date of its signing.
