Article 1

Purpose. Article 2

Investment Standards for Mineral Exploration and Prospecting Operations. Investment standards for mineral exploration and prospecting operations refer to the regulations concerning area, capital, mineral types, and experience that can demonstrate capability and feasibility in the application for investment permission in mineral exploration and prospecting.

Article 3

Concession Area. A concession area refers to the scope of the area for mineral exploration and prospecting that the government agrees to grant to investors in the mining sector. An investor or a company has the right to apply for one concession area for regions containing various types of minerals at the same time, which must be within the limits prescribed by the Mineral Law.
