Articles
Article 1
The list of wild forest products in Category I, Category II, and Category III forest areas is determined as follows: I. The list of wild forest products in Category I forest areas comprises a total of 70 species; II. The list of wild forest products in Category II forest areas comprises a total of 54 species; III. The list of wild forest products in Category III forest areas comprises a total of 165 species. Each list is presented in a table specifying the serial number, Lao name, scientific name (Latin name), and parts used. Article 2
Entrust the Department of Forestry as the lead coordinating unit, in conjunction with relevant central and local authorities, to promote, publicize, and strictly implement this Agreement.
Article 3
This agreement shall take effect from the date of signing. Issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
