Article 1: Purpose. This Agreement establishes environmental sanitation standards for health service premises, aiming to maintain cleanliness, aesthetics, tidiness, and order, ensure hygiene principles and safety, prevent risks of disease transmission caused by patients, medical instruments, tools, and medical equipment, particularly protect the health of medical personnel, patients, patients' families, and residents in adjacent areas, and protect the environment. This Agreement also stipulates the duties and responsibilities of key organizational bodies in the implementation process.
