Article 1
Suspension of approval for new business operations of processing industrial factories using plastic waste as raw materials, until a new order or other legal document replaces this order.
Article 2
Enterprises/factories that have obtained an enterprise registration certificate, investment license or business license, and a factory construction permit are permitted to continue construction and must apply for a factory operation activity confirmation certificate in accordance with the Law on Processing Industry. Production may only commence after obtaining the factory operation activity confirmation certificate.
Article 3
Enterprises/factories that have obtained an enterprise registration certificate, investment license, or business license but have not yet obtained a factory construction permit shall immediately cease operations until a new order or other legal document replaces this order.
