Policy on Land Management and Administrative Work. The province encourages, supports, and directly provides budgets, professional personnel, technology, science, technology, and infrastructure for the province's land management and administrative work, to ensure timely and efficient processing of land certificate registration and issuance and land registration for individuals, legal entities, and collective organizations, and to guarantee quantity and quality in accordance with laws and regulatory documents below the legal level.
