Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates rules for the management of the printing of legal books and normative documents under the law, in order to carry out this work efficiently and effectively, aiming to achieve uniformity in the printing of legal books and normative documents under the law and to comply with printing format standards.
Article 2
Printing of Legal Books and Normative Documents Under the Law. Printing of legal books refers to printing specialized legal books or laws serving work in a specific field, such as the Land Law, Intellectual Property Law, Law on Settlement System, Law on Technology Transfer, and other laws of the body responsible for drafting and amending laws or the body responsible for managing printing, for the purpose of distribution or sale. Printing of normative documents under the law refers to printing various orders, agreements, instructions, or regulations specific to the organization of a certain body to serve its work. Legal books and normative documents under the law to be printed in book form must be laws or normative documents that have been adopted, promulgated, and come into effect, and are effective fifteen days after publication in the Official Gazette.

Compilation of Laws and Compilation of Sub-Legal Normative Instruments. The compilation of laws and the compilation of sub-legal normative instruments refers to the process by which the agency responsible for drafting and amending laws or the agency managing compilation work collects or consolidates various laws and sub-legal normative instruments drafted and amended over different periods, and prints them into books of compiled laws and books of compiled sub-legal normative instruments for distribution or sale.
