Article 1

Article 2
The Provincial Government General Office is designated to take the lead, in coordination with relevant departments at all levels, to monitor and promote the implementation of this directive, ensuring its execution and the achievement of results as soon as possible. Specifically: (1) All expenses related to relocation and transportation shall be borne by the provincial government; (2) Costs for disassembly and reassembly installation shall be borne by TK Sousing Company.
