Articles

Article 1

Implement the Lao National Single Window (LNSW) system for the management of the import and export of various types of goods; as a starting point, first apply this system to the management of vehicles imported through the First Friendship Bridge International Border Checkpoint. After improvements, developments, and achieving results in implementation, continue to expand and extend the use of this system to all international border checkpoints nationwide.

Article 2

Relevant state agencies shall formulate simple, feasible, and legally compliant guidance measures for the procedures related to license issuance, certificate issuance, and customs declaration that fall within their respective departmental responsibilities.

Article 3

Customs duties, taxes, fees, service charges, and other obligatory payments to be paid into the state budget for imported and exported goods and items shall be paid centrally and at a single point at the border checkpoint of the imported and exported goods through the Single Window Customs Declaration System (LNSW) linked with the Electronic Customs Declaration System (ASYCUDA) and the Bank Payment System (e-Payment).
