Articles
Article 1
Following the adoption of Resolution No. 073/ສພຊ dated November 16, 2017, on the Law on State Inspection (Amended) by the 4th Ordinary Session of the 8th National Assembly, the President of the State promulgated Decree No. 328/ປປທ dated December 26, 2017, to promulgate this Law. The Law on State Inspection (Amended), No. 041/ສພຊ dated November 16, 2017, consists of 10 parts, 6 chapters, and 80 articles, stipulating principles, regulations, and measures for the organization and activities of state inspection. It is generally complete and clear, but the content stipulated in some articles of this Law cannot be detailed and specified exhaustively. Therefore, the President of the Government Inspection Authority issues this guidance on the implementation of the Law on State Inspection (Amended).
Article 2
1. To implement the content of certain amended and newly added provisions of the Law on State Inspection (Revised) in a more detailed, clear, and rigorous manner than before; 2. To provide guidance, explanations, and examples to various departments and localities, enabling them to clearly understand and facilitate practical organization and implementation, aiming to ensure that state inspection activities are correct, rigorous, strict, and legally effective in accordance with the provisions of the Law on State Inspection (Revised); 3. To ensure consistent understanding among leaders of ministries/agencies, local government authorities, state inspection bodies at all levels, civil servants, military personnel, police, and citizens, and to serve as a basis for practical organization and implementation.
