To: All investment projects, individuals, legal persons, organizations, cadres, soldiers, police, and the people within Attapeu Province. Pursuant to: Article 20, Chapter 1 of the Law on Local Administration No. 68, dated October 14, 2015, on the powers and duties of the Provincial Governor and Mayor of the Capital; Pursuant to: the Law on Customs No. 04, dated December 20, 2011, and the Law on Customs (Amended in Part) No. 057, dated December 24, 2014; Pursuant to: the Law on Investment Promotion (Amended) No. 14, dated November 17, 2016; Pursuant to: Submission No. 051 of the Attapeu Provincial Customs Permanent Inspection Team, dated June 5, 2018. To strengthen the implementation of the Law on Customs, other laws, and related regulations, and to conduct follow-up inspections on vehicles imported under the regime of exemption, temporary suspension, or reduction of customs duties, for household use, vehicles that have not yet been declared and paid customs duties and taxes as required, and vehicles with changed ownership, which are in violation, among individuals, legal persons, organizations, cadres, soldiers, police, and the people, the Provincial Governor hereby issues this Order.
Article 2
The Attapeu Provincial Customs Standing Inspection Team is tasked with conducting on-site actions to track and re-examine machinery and vehicles of various investment projects within the province that enjoy exemption, deferred collection, or reduction of customs duties, in accordance with established regulations.
Article 3
Strictly implement the Customs Law, conduct on-site follow-up, inspection, and correction of various violations, targeting any vehicles illegally imported and used in any form that do not conform to the intended holding purposes, appearing in villages across 5 districts (municipalities) of Attapeu Province.
