Article 1
Instruct provincial departments, bureaus, Pakse City, and the 9 districts to formulate implementation plans for the Prime Minister’s Order No. 03/ນຍ on improving the quality of organizational operations (with a focus on reorganizing units under the business scope of provincial-level departments and work units under district-level offices), and submit such plans to the Provincial Department of Home Affairs for monitoring, no later than August 15, 2018.
Article 2
By the end of 2018, assign all departments, provincial-level agencies, Pakse City, and the 9 districts to submit the results of implementing the Prime Minister's order to the Provincial Department of Home Affairs, for reporting to the provincial leadership and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Article 3
Provincial departments, bureaus, Pakse City, and the 9 districts shall review and complete the determination of positions within their respective units, and submit the results to the Provincial Department of Home Affairs and the superior ministries at the central level before October 2018, for review and professional recognition, and then submit to the Ministry of Home Affairs for consideration in accordance with regulations.
