Article 1: Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the principles, regulations, and measures concerning the management, tracking, inspection, determination of compensation prices for obstacles, and resettlement of affected persons, to ensure that those affected by the expressway receive compensation, receive assistance, and have their living conditions restored to a level superior to or equivalent to their original standard, while also ensuring that resolution and mediation work is carried out consistently, accurately, appropriately, and with high effectiveness.
