Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates principles, regulations, and measures concerning the management of the use of short-range wireless communication frequency devices, with a view to achieving uniformity, maximum efficiency, and effectiveness nationwide, aiming to safeguard national stability, security, and social order, and to contribute to the defense and construction development of the country.
Article 2
Short Range Device Frequency Equipment. Short Range Device (abbreviated as SRD) refers to wireless communication frequency equipment that shares wireless communication frequencies with various wireless communication frequencies, propagates over short distances, and complies with international standards for channel width, channel spacing, and wireless communication frequency propagation power.
Article 3
Interpretation of Terms. The meanings of the terms used in this Agreement are as follows: 1. International Telecommunication Union (ITU): refers to the international organization responsible for the work of international conventions in the management and standardization of the telecommunications sector; 2. Wireless communication frequency equipment: refers to equipment that uses wireless communication frequencies for the reception, transmission, or sending and receiving of signals, data information, text, sound, and images.
