Article 1

Article 2
1. Operation of the First Category of Telecommunications Services: refers to providing network services and supplying telecommunications services, specifically as follows: 1) Network services include the following businesses: network services; wired and wireless telephone signal transmission and reception network systems; transmission line systems. 2) Supply of telecommunications services includes the following businesses: ground satellite signal transmission and reception stations; wired and wireless telephones; dedicated line services; connection to foreign telephone networks; connection to domestic telephone networks; connection to foreign internet networks; connection to domestic internet networks; internet channels. 2. Operation of the Second Category of Telecommunications Services: refers to supplying telecommunications services to those who do not own networks themselves, specifically as follows: Internet: providing internet access services; Internet codes: providing internet domain name registration services; Internet connection: providing internet connections; Value-added services: services that create added value beyond the primary services. 3. Operation of the Third Category of Telecommunications Services: refers to providing consulting, maintenance, and equipment supply in the telecommunications field, specifically as follows: Telecommunications consulting services: consulting in legal, technical, and network aspects; Installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment; Import and export of telecommunications equipment; Production and sale of telecommunications equipment. 4.
