Article 1
Purpose. Article 2
Social Assistance Fund. The Social Assistance Fund, abbreviated as "ກສສຄ", is a fund used to provide assistance and services to disaster victims and socially vulnerable groups.

Interpretation of Terms. The meanings of the terms used in this Decision are as follows: 1. Society refers to the relationships between individuals, groups, communities, or social organizations; 2.
