Articles
Article 1
Purpose. This Decree stipulates the principles, rules, and content of coordination among ministries, ministerial-level state agencies, provinces, the capital, and the Prime Minister's Office, aiming to enable various organizational units to correctly, harmoniously, and organically perform their duties, tasks, and powers.
Article 2
Coordination. Coordination refers to the forms, methods, or processes of interconnection and cooperation between two or more organizations, to ensure that each organization correctly and completely performs its duties, tasks, and powers in accordance with laws and regulations, thereby achieving goals and objectives and creating maximum benefits for the whole.
Article 3
Definition of terms. 1. "Ministerial-level state agency" refers to state administrative bodies under the Government approved by the National Assembly, namely the Office of the Prime Minister, the Government Inspection Authority, and the Bank of the Lao People's Democratic Republic; 2. "Head of a ministerial-level state agency" refers to the Minister, the Head of the Office of the Prime Minister, the President of the Government Inspection Authority, and the Governor of the Bank of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
