Guidelines on Implementing the “Patriotism and Development” Competition and Commendation Campaign Province-Wide

Article 1

Target Indicators. 1. Implement and promote the Order No. 08/Province-Luang dated November 22, 2017, on the leadership of provincial-level "Patriotism and Development" emulation work, to ensure its in-depth development; 2. Provide guidance on the content, steps, and stages of the "Patriotism and Development" emulation—commendation movement across the province; 3. Standardize the emulation—commendation work, integrate commendation with the emulation movement, promote advanced work and exemplary individuals, and through organized emulation movements with clear content and objectives, provide a basis for correctly conducting commendation and selection based on actual achievements.
