Articles

Article 1

Article 2

Assign the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Forestry, the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and the mayors of the four cities to proactively coordinate with the two armed forces at the provincial and city levels (public security and national defense) and relevant departments to more strictly strengthen control, inspection and duty, tracking and surveillance, and interception of illegal logging, especially in protection forests, national reserves, and provincial and city protection forest areas. In any case, any vehicles or equipment found facilitating illegal logging, such as modified tractors, timber transport vehicles, flatbed trucks, chainsaws, etc., shall be immediately seized and confiscated, and legal liability shall be seriously pursued in accordance with the law.

Article 3

The Provincial Department of Agriculture and Forestry, together with the mayors of the four cities, shall serve as the lead coordinating bodies, cooperating with relevant departments to disseminate and implement this order to all relevant entities across the province and each city, and shall collaborate closely, strictly enforce it, and ensure good results in the implementation work, subsequently reporting the implementation status to higher authorities in a timely manner for their information.
