Article 1

Article 2
Assign the Departments of Agriculture and Forestry of provinces and Vientiane Capital, especially those adjacent to epidemic-affected provinces, to increase responsibility and monitor the transfer of banana seedlings. Upon detecting the aforementioned symptoms or characteristics, they must promptly report to the local plant protection unit and the Plant Protection Center of the Department of Cultivation.
