Article 1
Article 1 (Amended) Purpose
This Law stipulates principles, regulations, and measures concerning the organization, activities, management, supervision, and inspection of civil aviation work, in order to make such work efficient, effective, ensure convenience, speed, safety, and prevent aviation security hazards, aiming to promote its development towards modernization, meeting international standards, being environmentally friendly and sustainable, leveraging the advantages of the country’s geographical location, enabling connectivity with the region and internationally, and contributing to national economic and social development.

Article 2. (Amended) Civil Aviation
Civil aviation means activities involving the use of aircraft to provide air transport services for passengers, cargo, goods, and airmail, including general aviation.
