Article 1

Purpose. Article 2

Valuation of Land and Buildings. Land valuation refers to the determination of land prices for each district, each zone, and each type of land within the four districts, based on the specificity of geographical location, infrastructure, and the level of economic and social development in each period. Building valuation refers to the determination of prices for various types of buildings used as residences, workplaces, and for various business activities. The valuation of land and buildings is based on the composition, location, and nature of the land, the type of building, the infrastructure system, the land development status, and the land quality.
