Articles
Article 1
All types of tracked vehicles (bulldozers/logging vehicles) within the province shall be banned, collected, and stored at the county seat or appropriate locations within the county; among these, vehicles with legal procedures shall be distinguished from those without any documents.
Article 2
Manage all chainsaws in the province, centrally collect and store them at the District Agriculture and Forestry Office; if use is required, it must be approved by the District Governor, and after use, they must be returned to the original storage location.
Article 3
Assign the District Governor to instruct the district public security department and the district public works and transport office to carry out the collection of tracked vehicles; after obtaining detailed information, report to the province for guidance and resolution; and assign the District Governor to instruct the district agriculture and forestry office and district public security personnel to strictly manage chainsaws.
