Articles
Article 1
District chiefs are hereby assigned to organize propaganda, dissemination, education, and training work to enable business operators and the public to participate in the protection and management of logs in forest plantations, preventing fires and damage losses, until the superior authority issues a removal order.
Article 2
Direct the Chairpersons of each district to appoint district-level and village-level log protection responsibility committees. The district-level log protection responsibility committee has the duty to guide operators and timber owners in effectively establishing firebreaks, clearing forest sites, organizing guard duty, and preventing damage to and loss of timber. The village-level log protection responsibility committee has the duty to track and monitor the activities of wrongdoers plotting to damage and illegally transport timber.

Operators and timber owners are tasked with effectively carrying out work such as clearing, creating firebreaks, organizing forest protection and guarding, to prevent timber from being damaged, and cooperating with law enforcement personnel in the management, inspection, and tracking and monitoring of timber transport.
