Article 1
The Nong Ting ancient site, together with the temple ruins, and the delineated ancient site land use area of approximately 170 hectares (one hundred seventy hectares exactly), located in the area of Nong Hua Village, Phonthong District, Champasak Province, is designated as a provincial cultural heritage.
Article 2
The Provincial Department of Information, Culture and Tourism is entrusted as the lead entity, in coordination with the Phonthong District Office of Information, Culture and Tourism and relevant departments, to implement this in a correct and consistent manner in accordance with laws and regulations.
Article 3
This Decision shall take effect and be implemented from the date of its signing. Provincial Governor: Bouasone Vongsongkham.
