Article 2
Delegate full authority to the Provincial Department of Information, Culture and Tourism to manage the aforementioned land parcels, and coordinate with the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment to process the permit for allocating state land to the Provincial Department of Information, Culture and Tourism for management and use.
