Articles

Article 1

All factories, state-owned and private enterprises, and businesses engaged in industry, commerce, and services throughout the province must establish worker representatives or grassroots trade unions within their labor units, in accordance with Article 184 of the Labor Law concerning the organization of worker representatives.

Article 2

Labor units that have established trade unions and worker representatives must conclude collective labor agreements and individual contracts in accordance with Article 170 of the Labor Law regarding collective labor contracts.

Article 3

All factories, state-owned and private enterprises engaged in industry, commerce, and services, regardless of whether they have established trade unions, shall be responsible for organizing training and publicity on labor safety and health, in accordance with Article 117 of the Labor Law concerning labor safety and health work.
