Articles
Article 1
Abolish all inspection posts, checkpoints, and inspection points along National Highway No. 13 and other national highways within the province that have not been formally established by regulation.
Article 2
Stipulate inspection points for law enforcement personnel as follows: 2.1. There are three inspection points for provincial security personnel, namely: (1) The 44-kilometer inspection point at Nadan Village, Sanasomboun District (North Route 13); (2) The 84-kilometer inspection point at Khong District (South Route 13); (3) The 50-kilometer inspection point at Keng Keng Village, Bachiangchaleunsouk District (Route 20). — Only perform specialized tasks related to security work (ปกส). 2.2. There are three coordination points for the provincial customs inspection team, namely: (1) The 30-kilometer coordination point (Pakse—Wangdao, Route 16); (2) The 7-kilometer coordination point on the North Route (North Route 13); (3) The 13-kilometer coordination point (Route 16, Paksong). — Perform tasks of inspecting and intercepting smuggled illegal goods, based on intelligence, information, and provided targets.
Article 3
All departments, bureaus, and counties throughout the province must strictly organize and implement this order, while simultaneously inspecting the performance of duties by personnel and law enforcement officers within their respective jurisdictions, ensuring correct execution in accordance with laws and regulations.
