Article 1

The original fee rates were as follows: 1. For those using a passport (pass), collect 2 USD/person; 2. For those using a transit pass (border pass), collect 1 USD/person.
Article 2
Agreement to cancel the National Tourism Promotion Fund fee of 5,000 Kip per person per visit previously collected by the Ingsoucha Company Group for visits to the Khampapong scenic spot, the Somphamit scenic spot, and the World Heritage Site Wat Phou Champasak scenic spot, which was included in the mixed entrance fee.
Article 3
The Provincial Department of Information, Culture and Tourism is assigned to coordinate with relevant departments, sectors, and districts to study and implement the collection of the aforementioned fund fees in a new manner, and to notify all tourism enterprises and operators that the National Tourism Promotion Fund fee shall be collected on a one-stop basis, located at the office of the Provincial Department of Information, Culture and Tourism, and paid through tax stamps.
