Article 1
The Import and Export Management Department is tasked with ceasing the issuance of import licenses for vehicle parts, crude oil, and semi-finished oil products intended for assembly, refining, or production in factories.
Article 2
The Department of Industry and Handicrafts is tasked with conducting technical verification and issuing an import approval certificate through a single procedure. The import approval certificate shall serve as a substitute for an import license.
Article 3
Assign the Import and Export Management Department to coordinate and cooperate with the Customs Department of the Ministry of Finance, to inform customs personnel at all ports of entry, and to cooperate in the implementation of this Order to achieve high effectiveness.
