Articles
Article 1
For civil claims where the value cannot be calculated, the state tax and fees for the trial shall be levied at 50,000 kip, the same as for cases without a specified amount; as for cases where a court ruling is requested due to the debtor or perpetrator evading, the levy shall be at 2% of the claimed amount in accordance with the Law on Court Fees.
Article 2
Upon receiving this Directive, the Chief Judges of the divisions of the Supreme People's Court and the Presidents of local people's courts shall communicate it to the judges, assistant judges, clerks, and operational personnel within their respective jurisdictions, in order to strictly organize and implement this Directive.
