Articles
Article 1
A designated person shall be assigned to inspect all types of personnel who will participate in the court hearing to search for prohibited items, especially weapons, sharp instruments, chemicals, flammable materials, video and audio recording equipment, and other items specified in the court hearing rules.
Article 2
If prohibited items are discovered during an inspection, the personnel responsible for the inspection shall take custody of them and prepare a handover-receipt record in duplicate, one copy to be given to the relevant party and the other to be retained as evidence; if items suspected of being illegally possessed are found, they shall report to the relevant law enforcement personnel.
Article 3
Persons attending court proceedings shall wear civilian attire; those arriving in uniform shall not wear insignia or rank markings, except for relevant personnel authorized by the court.
