Articles
Article 1

Article 2
The prospecting, exploration, mining, and processing of alluvial gold shall only be permitted on land or riverbanks; prospecting, exploration, and mining of alluvial gold in stream tributaries or river channels is prohibited.
Article 3
After obtaining a license to search for and explore alluvial gold, the operator must prepare a geological report assessing the reserves and grade of the alluvial gold; must prepare a mining plan, an economic and technical analysis report, and ensure no adverse impact on society and the environment, in order to submit to the Ministry of Energy and Mines for approval and recognition.
