Articles
Article 1
At all national border checkpoints, the spraying of disinfectant on ordinary vehicles not carrying animals, animal products, or plants, or plant products, shall be suspended until formal notification is received from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
Article 2
For vehicles specifically transporting animals, animal products, plants, or plant products into the Lao People's Democratic Republic, disinfection is permitted in accordance with technical procedures;
Article 3
The collection of service fees for spraying disinfectant on all types of vehicles (ordinary vehicles and vehicles transporting animals, animal products, plants, or plant products) entering the Lao People's Democratic Republic shall cease.
