Articles

Article 1

Fixed point-to-point communication services in the 7 GHz band are allocated channels with frequencies of 7125–7425 MHz and 7425–7725 MHz.

Article 2

The channels within the 7GHz frequency band specified in Article 1 above are detailed as follows:
2.1 Calculation of channels with a bandwidth of 28MHz is performed using the formula: forward channel fn = f0 − 161 + 28n; return channel f'n = f0 − 7 + 28n; where n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
2.2 Calculation of channels with a bandwidth of 14MHz is performed using the formula: forward channel fn = f0 − 154 + 14n; return channel f'n = f0 + 14n; where n = 1, 2, …, 10.
2.3 Calculation of channels with a bandwidth of 7MHz is performed using the formula: forward channel fn = f0 − 150.5 + 7n; return channel f'n = f0 + 3.5 + 7n; where n = 1, 2, …, 20.
2.4 Calculation of channels with a bandwidth of 3.5MHz is performed using the formula: forward channel fn = f0 − 148.75 + 3.5n; return channel f'n = f0 + 5.25 + 3.5n; where n = 1, 2, …, 40.
2.5 f0 is the center frequency of the frequency band: the center frequency of the 7125–7425MHz band is 7275MHz, and the center frequency of the 7425–7725MHz band is 7575MHz; fn is the center frequency of a single forward channel, in MHz; f'n is the center frequency of a single return channel, in MHz.
2.6 The channel allocation table is provided in Appendix "A".

Article 3

The channels for Fixed Point-to-Point communication services in the 13GHz frequency band are designated, with frequencies ranging from 12.75 to 13.25GHz.
