Articles
Article 1
Departments at all levels, from the province to the local level, must cooperate with the Bolikhamxay Provincial Branch of the Lao Electric Power Company to track and inspect fill soil and structures along the 22 kV and 0.4 kV transmission grids and transformer areas throughout Bolikhamxay Province.
Article 2
Departments at all levels, from the provincial to the local level, shall cooperate and coordinate with the Bolikhamxay Province Branch of the Lao Electricity Company to carry out awareness campaigns, and shall jointly prepare legal documents such as memoranda with landowners and building owners identified as posing a risk of electrical accidents, in order to bring them under regulatory management and comply with the technical standards established by the Lao Electricity Company.
Article 3
The chairperson of each district shall establish a district-level specialized committee and issue directive notices, requiring that once villages discover any filling of earth, encroachment on utility poles, or construction of buildings under or near power lines that may pose accident risks to transmission lines, the village shall immediately report to the district-level specialized committee.
