Article 1
The provincial tourism fund management committee, appointed by the provincial governor, is tasked with studying, deliberating, formulating plans, detailing and clarifying the contents of this order, and assigning professional personnel from relevant industries to be stationed at ports of entry to manage and organize the implementation of the collection of the aforementioned tourism fund obligatory contributions, ensuring that it achieves good and correct results in accordance with legal provisions.
Article 2
Assign the Provincial Department of Information, Culture, and Tourism to promote and disseminate tourism content at multiple levels and in various forms (targeting both domestic and international audiences), to attract tourists to visit our country, particularly to attract tourists to visit Bolikhamxay Province.
Article 3
When Lao citizens, aliens, and foreigners enter or exit at international border checkpoints, they must carry all required documents and declare them to police (immigration) officers and relevant permanent staff at the checkpoint for inspection.
