Articles
Article 1
All districts, departments, agencies, offices, and relevant entities are hereby tasked with strictly enforcing the Law on Notarization Registration, thereby deepening the implementation of the Resolution of the Seventh Party Congress, effectively building a people's democratic state governed by the rule of law, educating individuals and legal entities in law-abiding awareness, and making significant contributions to economic and social development.
Article 2
Direct all districts, departments, agencies, offices, and all relevant entities, whether public or private, as well as all citizens, to uniformly understand and implement: Any contracts and documents specified in Article 9 of the Law on Notarial Registration must obtain confirmation of their authenticity from a notarial authority to be considered correct, compliant, and legally valid contracts or documents. For contracts or documents that have not been confirmed by a notarial authority, relevant state agencies shall guide individuals, legal persons, or organizations to first seek confirmation of their authenticity from the competent notarial authority.
Article 3
The Department of Justice of Vientiane Province must strengthen attention, coordinate and promote the implementation and dissemination of the Law on Notarization and Registration and various regulations related to notarization work among all sectors, making it extensive and in-depth, so that all relevant parties understand the significance, importance, and benefits derived from the confirmation of the authenticity of contracts and documents by notarial authorities.
