Article 1

Article 2
All departments, bureaus, relevant agencies, and people of all ethnic groups shall be formally informed of this agreement; the Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Office and the District Governor of Khong are entrusted to solemnly hold the title-granting and recognition ceremony for the aforementioned village.
Article 3
This Agreement shall enter into force and be implemented from the date of its signing.
