Article 1
Approval is granted for the designation of the Thao Hua Khoun Tourism Area, located in Daxin Hu Mong Village, Sanxay District, Attapeu Province, as a tourism protection area, covering a total area of 718 hectares, with its four boundaries as follows: The northern boundary adjoins the Se Noi River, extending 1,000 meters; the southern boundary adjoins the residential areas of Daxin Hu Mong Village residents, extending 625 meters; the eastern boundary adjoins forest land and occupied land, extending 1,406 meters; the western boundary adjoins the Se Noi River, extending 1,825 meters.
Article 2
Instruct the Provincial Department of Information, Culture and Tourism, in coordination with the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, to issue the land use permit to the Provincial Department of Information, Culture and Tourism for its use and management.
Article 3
All levels of organizational departments and relevant industry departments are hereby informed and must jointly and strictly implement this decision.
