Articles
Article 1

Article 2
Those using old license plates, damaged license plates, broken license plates, or license plates with unclear numbers (worn numbers) must report to the provincial traffic police for replacement to ensure compliance.
Article 3
All types of vehicles with complete and compliant documents but not yet registered or licensed must undergo registration at the Department of Public Works and Transport of the province, and then obtain license plates from the Provincial Traffic Police Division, within a period not exceeding fifteen days from the date of purchase.
