Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the principles, regulations, standards, and measures concerning the installation management and tracking inspection of mobile phone signal transmission and reception base stations, in order to ensure orderly and tidy operations, protect the environment, aim to promote the planned expansion of telecommunications networks, safeguard urban and rural aesthetics, and contribute to economic and social construction and development.
Article 2
Mobile Phone Signal Transceiver Base Stations. Mobile phone signal transceiver base stations include telecommunication equipment systems and power cooling equipment systems installed on the ground or on buildings, connected to antennas for transmitting and receiving signals, and transmit and receive signals via antennas installed on transmission and reception towers.
Article 3
Definition of Terms. A mobile phone signal transmission and reception base station refers to equipment used for communication between the network and users in a mobile phone system. A mobile phone signal transmission and reception base station tower refers to various towers used for installing antennas and connecting to mobile phone signal transmission and reception equipment.
