Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the principles, regulations, and standards concerning the safety management and monitoring of radio frequency radiation, in order to make the aforementioned work efficient and effective, aiming to ensure public safety and contribute to the economic and social construction and development.
Article 2
Radio Frequency Radiation Safety. Radio frequency radiation safety refers to the definition of electric field strength (E), magnetic field strength (H), power density (S), and specific absorption rate (SAR) within radio frequency radiation that do not affect human health.
Article 3
Terminology. Radio frequency radiation refers to electromagnetic energy emitted from the antenna of a signal transmitter in the form of radio frequency. Electric field strength (E): refers to the intensity of potential energy at a point in an electric field, measured in volts per meter (V/m). Magnetic field strength (H): refers to a vector quantity representing the value of the magnetic field at a point, measured in amperes per meter (A/m). Power density (S): refers to the power per unit area in the direction of radio frequency radiation, measured in watts per square meter (W/m²). Specific Absorption Rate (SAR): refers to the rate at which the human body absorbs radio frequency energy, measured in watts per kilogram (W/kg).
