Articles
Article 1

Article 2
Assign the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, in coordination with local administrative agencies at all levels, to continue monitoring, inspecting, and mobilizing the public to voluntarily surrender destructive fishing tools to local administrative agencies and relevant officials, for proper management in accordance with the law.
Article 3
Hereby assigns the Department of Agriculture and Forestry, in coordination with local administrative authorities, to organize and conduct various activities to release fish fry into ponds, swamps, rivers, streams, reservoirs, hydropower stations, and tourist water bodies such as waterfalls, based on local conditions and actual circumstances, ensuring that the locations are safe and capable of supporting large-scale reproduction.
