Articles
Article 1
Approval is given to revoke the Provincial Governor’s Decision on the allocation of timber harvesting for the 2013-2014 fiscal year (No. 395/ຈຂ, dated July 4, 2012) and the Provincial Government Office’s Notice on the payment of timber maintenance fees (No. 482/ຫປະ, dated November 17, 2014); for the 147,895 cubic meters of timber that have not yet been fully processed, further harvesting is absolutely prohibited.
Article 2
The felling, transportation of timber, and approval of timber exports that do not comply with regulations are absolutely prohibited.
Article 3
Hereby assigns the Department of Agriculture and Forestry as the lead body, in coordination with relevant departments, to be responsible for (implementation).
